1. 协议范围
下载或使用 Pulse / 热度（以下简称「本应用」），即表示您同意本使用条款以及 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Apple Standard EULA）。如两者冲突，以 Apple 标准许可协议为准。
2. 使用许可
本应用仅授予您个人、非商业、不可转让的使用许可。您不得对应用进行反编译、逆向工程、再分发或用于任何商业目的。
3. 内容性质
本应用内容来自公开信息的整理与通俗化解读，不构成任何投资建议、推荐或收益承诺。所有数据可能存在延迟，请以官方披露为准。投资决策风险自担。
4. 订阅（Pulse Pro）
Pulse Pro 为自动续期订阅。付款在确认购买时扣除，将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续期，除非您提前在「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中关闭。可随时取消，取消在当前周期结束后生效。
5. 免责声明
本应用按「现状」提供，不对其准确性、完整性或及时性作任何明示或暗示担保。因使用本应用产生的任何损失，开发者不承担责任。
6. 条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后将在本页面发布并以新生效日期标注。

1. Scope
By downloading or using Pulse (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). In case of conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs.
2. License
The App is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use it for any commercial purpose.
3. Nature of content
App content is a plain-language summary of public information and is not investment advice, a recommendation, or a promise of returns. Data may be delayed; always refer to official disclosures. You assume all investment-decision risk.
4. Subscriptions (Pulse Pro)
Pulse Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged at purchase confirmation and renews automatically within 24 hours before the period ends unless you turn off auto-renew in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at period end.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. The developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; updates are posted here with a new effective date.

2. 라이선스
앱은 개인적·비상업적·양도 불가 용도로만 라이선스됩니다. 리버스 엔지니어링·재배포·상업적 사용은 금지됩니다.
3. 콘텐츠 성격
앱 콘텐츠는 공개 정보의 일상 언어 요약이며 투자 조언·추천·수익 보장이 아닙니다. 데이터는 지연될 수 있으니 공식 공시를 따르세요. 투자 결정 위험은 사용자에게 있습니다.
4. 구독 (Pulse Pro)
Pulse Pro는 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 구매 확정 시 결제되며, 해제하지 않으면 기간 종료 24시간 전 자동 갱신됩니다 (설정 › Apple 계정 › 구독에서 해제 가능). 언제든 해지 가능하며 종료 시점에 적용됩니다.
5. 면책
앱은 '있는 그대로' 제공되며 정확성·완전성·적시성에 대해 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 사용으로 인한 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
6. 변경
본 약관은 수시로 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시됩니다.
